Resolve the most common contractor workflow blockers before escalating to Claim Partner Pro support.

I cannot access contractor pages
Confirm you are signed in with the correct email and that your account has an active contractor seat. If the page says workspace access is unavailable, ask a contractor owner or the Claim Partner Pro team to invite or activate your seat.
A claim is blocked
Open the dashboard and status page. Check who acts next, the checklist items, and open RFIs. Most blocked claims are missing files, unanswered RFIs, or waiting for an estimator to accept.
The data looks like demo data
Look for demo notices on the page. If a page says it's showing demo data, it's sample data, not your real claim.
A detail looks duplicate or stale
Check whether the old value shows in the claim package, progress steps, checklist, or history. The fix depends on which page holds that detail.
- If the detail is in the claim package, update the claim package and add the file that shows it.
- If the detail came from an RFI answer, answer or correct the RFI and name the file that proves it.
- If the progress steps and history disagree, send support the claim number, the item name, the value you expected, and the file that shows it.
What to send support
When escalation is needed, send the claim number, the page link, the section that looks wrong, the value you expected, and the file that shows it. Avoid sending screenshots that show private claim details unless we ask for them through an approved channel.
