What activity captures
Seat activity helps owners understand account-level changes made inside the contractor workspace. It is useful when checking invitation, removal, password reset, or other administrative events.
Traceability
Use individual seats instead of shared credentials so activity entries point to the right person. This makes operational questions easier to resolve.

If an export option is available in your environment, use it when you need to share account activity with the Claim Partner Pro team or your own leadership.
