The plain version
Claim Partner Pro helps your roofing company hand claim details to an estimator without losing track of what happens next. You give Claim Partner Pro the claim facts, photos, and notes. Claim Partner Pro helps route that work to an estimator. The estimator reviews the material and sends back the estimate or supplement package your team can use.
Step by step
Use this as the simple map for a new claim.
- First you request access or sign in with your contractor account.
- Then you complete your contractor profile so Claim Partner Pro knows who your company is and where you work.
- Then you post the claim with the address, claim details, roof scope, dates, photos, and notes the estimator needs.
- Then Claim Partner Pro matches the claim to an estimator and shows the handoff status in your contractor workspace.
- Then the estimator reviews the claim material and prepares the estimate or supplement package.
- Then Claim Partner Pro shows when the package is ready for your team to review.
What comes back from the estimator
The finished work may include a Xactimate estimate file (ESX), a Portable Document Format (PDF) estimate, supplement notes, or other supporting details. A supplement is extra claim documentation used when the first estimate missed damage, quantities, pricing, or scope. Claim Partner Pro shows the package status so your team knows whether it is still being worked, ready for review, or blocked by a missing detail.
How your team uses it
Review the package before you send it downstream. Check the loss address, date of loss, scope, photos, quantities, and notes. If it looks right, use it in your carrier or adjuster conversation. If something looks wrong or incomplete, answer the request for information or update the claim details so the estimator has the missing source.
Quick rule
Start at the contractor dashboard when you are unsure. It points to the next page to open, such as Build claim package, Review estimator handoff, Status and audit, or Answer requests for information.
