Package ready

When a package is ready, the status page points you to review. Check the estimate or supplement, the notes, what the estimator assumed, and any warnings before you use the package.

What to review

Confirm that the package matches the loss address, service type, claim details, and your files. Pay close attention to dates, scope assumptions, omitted trades, and anything that could be challenged by a carrier or TPA.

If something is wrong

Use the page to figure out whether a file is missing, the estimator read something differently, or a claim detail is out of date. A missing file is usually fixed by updating the claim package or answering an RFI.
