Understand how contractor seats, role access, demo mode, and navigation work in Claim Partner Pro.

Sign in
Use the Sign in link from the top navigation. Claim Partner Pro checks your account role after sign-in and sends contractor users to contractor workspace pages. If your account is not linked to an active contractor workspace, the page shows an access message instead of claim data.
Contractor-only pages
Contractor pages are only for signed-in contractors. Estimators and our team use separate pages. You don't need estimator access to upload claim details, answer RFIs, check estimator status, or view fees.
Demo data
Some screens show sample data, which isn't a real claim. A note on the page tells you when you're looking at demo data.
Demo data isn't proof
A demo claim or a file name typed in this browser shows how the app works, but it doesn't count as proof for a real claim.
