Readiness labels

Ready (file on record) means we have the file. Ready (verified file) means we've confirmed the file and it's ready for an estimator. Needs file means a required file is missing. Demo only means the item exists in sample data, not on a real claim. Waiting on your answer means the estimator needs an answer before continuing.

What proves it

This shows what we're using as proof for each item, such as the original estimate, a set of photos, saved claim details, or an RFI answer you sent.

Next action

Check the next step before contacting support. If the item has a link, follow it and add the missing file or detail there.
